Contiki is a name synonimous with fun travel experiences. Catering for the 18-35 year old spectrum, these tours have a reputation for delivering a huge amount of fun for travellers in a huge number of countries around the world. Of course, people actually have to work on these tours. So, we asked three tour managers to tell us how they managed to stay on top of their health, fitness & wellbeing while on the road with a bunch of fun-loving travellers.

In January and February of 2010, Adrian McGough, a member at CrossFit Victoria, headed over to Thailand for some well deserved R&R.
