  12. Choose your accommodation wisely, you need a good night’s sleep
  13. Wear sensible footwear
  14. Drink alcohol in moderation
  15. On long flights, stretch & move your legs regularly to avoid DVT
  16. Be prepared, carry what you need wherever you’re headed
  17. The sun is not your enemy, get some vitamin D every day
  18. Pay attention to your government’s travel advice (be safe)
  19. Don’t burn the candle at both ends
  20. Pack a tennis ball to use for self massage (especially on your feet)
